Our successful in house catering team led by Robert our Maitre d' who along with his brother Jonathan our Head Chef lead a team of professional dedicated staff who are on hand to provide you with a friendly and detailed service.
The menus we have on offer have been developed through many years of experience gained within the events industry. The emphasis is on "locally sourced" making full use of the wonderful ingredients on offer in Kent "The Garden of England".
Our Meat is sourced from a local award winning Butcher, Fruits, Salad and Vegetables where possible from farms in the locality and fish from the regionally renowned Roc a Nore fisheries.
We encourage input from clients with regards to the menus and styles of service requested, priding ourselves on incorporating new ideas wherever possible and tailoring every wedding or function to clients own specific tastes and requirements.
