Whether you choose to walk to the Priory through the gardens,
arrive in a horsedrawn carriage or a vintage car, leave in a
balloon or lift off in a helicopter,- we can create your dream
wedding. Simple or sophisticated, St. Augustine's Priory will grant
you - all you desire for a perfect day.

Our Wedding Co Ordinator will be happy to discuss all your
requirements from the moment you book up until the actual day of
your Wedding. She will also be on hand for your Wedding Day to
ensure that the day unfolds as you wish.

Summer Season from April-October
Marriage Ceremony Only

Exclusive use of the Priory & the grounds includes floral
arrangements in the Grand Hall which seats up to 70 guests for
the ceremony. Usual hire time 3 hours. Prices exclude Registrars
fees.
Sunday -Friday Ł1200.

Marriage Ceremony & small Reception

Exclusive use of the Priory & grounds ,includes floral
arrangements in the Grand Hall & the hire of the Chapter Room on
the ground floor for the wedding Breakfast for up to 50 guests
(seated).,either
Waitress served or buffet style (please see separate menu's for
prices) Prices excludes Wedding Breakfast & Registrar's fees.
Dinner music is available by separate arrangement. Hire of the
venue is until 11pm. Later finishes may be possible, by prior
arrangement for an additional fee.

Marriage Ceremony and Marquee Reception

Exclusive use of the Priory & grounds, includes floral
arrangements in Grand Hall .The wedding breakfast for up to 100
guests would be held in the Marquee, and would be either waitress
served or buffet style (please see separate menus for prices). Price
includes marquee hire & up to 10 floral table decorations, but
exclude wedding breakfast & registrars fees. Dinner music is
available by separate arrangement. Hire is until 11pm; later
finishes may be possible by prior arrangement for an additional
fee.

Winter Weddings October-March

Winter Weddings in the Edwardian Country House, your Ceremony
in the Lounge followed by a reception in the Edwardian
Conservatory for up to 45 guests. Music can be agreed by prior
arrangements. Price includes hire of the house & conservatory, up
to 5 floral table decorations, but excludes wedding breakfast &
registrars fees.

Hire of the Priory Suite

Exclusive use of the upper wing of the Country House, including use
of the Four Poster Room & Edwardian Bathroom .This facility is
available form 9am until the time of your ceremony.

Civil Partnership Ceremonies

We are delighted to inform you that St Augustine's Priory is an
approved premises to host Civil Partnership Ceremonies. You may
host your whole day with us at St Augustine's Priory & we will be
happy to assist in organising your day to ensure you achieve the
type of event you have dreamed of.
Our highly qualified chefs and in house florist will be happy to
discuss menu choices and flowers for your ceremony. With only
one ceremony per day, we can ensure that each couple receive our
undivided attention to ensure the perfect day.
From the moment you book with us at St Augustine's Priory our
Coordinator will be happy to offer advice and guidance with your
planning of your ceremony. She will also be on hand on the day of
your ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly, so that you are
able to relax & enjoy yourselves.

Wines

The Priory is a licensed venue, we are happy to supply you with
champagne or wines. We are also happy for you to provide your own
& serve it for you. We do not charge corkage, but do charge for
staff to serve your drinks if you are n0t having a reception with us.
(Typically 3 waiting staff Ł60 for 100 guests).

Our in-house caterers are also licensed & happy to supply wine &
champagne lists if required.

Terms & Conditions

We require a 25%, non refundable deposit, to secure your booking with the main
payment payable no later than 21 days prior to your ceremony date, along with Ł100
damage deposit which will be refunded after the event if no damage occurs. 2.5%
surcharge on all credit card transactions.

Bank Holiday Weekends, Sunday's prices are the same as a Saturday's.

Children must be supervised at all times as there are ponds within the grounds.

Due to fire regulations a NO SMOKING rule applies inside the Old Priory & the
Marquee

Please note that prices include VAT the current rate, which is subject to change.

Insurance. We strongly recommend that you take out your own wedding insurance
policy to cover all eventualities.

All alcohol left at the Old Priory overnight is done so at the clients own risk

Confetti. We are happy for guests to throw confetti, but do ask that it is
biodegradable (rice, petals etc) and not shiny or paper! A Ł50 cleaning fee will be
charged for non-biodegradable confetti.

Due to the age & listed status of the building (Grade 1), nothing is to be nailed,
attached or pinned to the wall's or beams.

Due to our rural location fireworks are not permitted.
